• Layaway - $25 or $25% down, holds your pieces for 30 days. ANY items can be put on layaway. There are no refunds or exchanges on layaway items. Currently we can only process layaways in the boutique only.
• Loyalty Card – we keep track of all of your purchases throughout the year. Earn gift certificates with all of your purchases made. To qualify, sign up to be on our email list and LIKE us on Facebook or Pinterest. More details are on our REWARDS page. http://www.bvenboutique.com/?page_id=50664
  

• Special Orders - Get just what you want. Look in our new special orders section to see the vast array of styles available in different colors, prints and sizes that aren’t available in-store! A small variety of our special order style’s available in the store that can be tried on for size, or bought right off the rack. Special orders can take 2-6 weeks to receive, depending on designer. We encourage you to pre-purchase new items early in the season to assure you get the pieces that you desire, as sometimes the designer runs out of stock or fabric.
• Birthday Club –  Receive a FREE $25.00 Gift Certificate   – OR -  Take 25% off  as many regular priced items as you like. Pick ANY  one day during your birthday month.  Not valid on sale or every day low price items.  Feel free to stock up and use our layaway program!  To qualify, you MUST be on our email list. Sign up on the top of our home page.
• Gift Wrap – Complimentary for any gifts you purchase using our signature silver paper with pink ribbon.
• Special Requests – Have a specific event or item you’re shopping for? Let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs.
• Private Shopping Parties – Get the boutique all to yourself and your friends. We provide the complimentary drinks and appetizers. The hostess gets a free gift certificate at the end of the party.  The more purchases, the bigger the gift certificate.  OR…everyone gets 10% off all purchases.
• Custom Jewelry –We will help create exactly what you’re looking for upon request.  This service is excellent for special occasions, wedding parties, or that outfit you just can’t quite seem to find the perfect accessories for.  All pieces are made of high quality materials such as fresh water pearls, vintage crystals, natural stones, Swarovski crystals, specialty glass and sterling silver.  HOW ITS DONE – tell us what you want, we lay it out, photograph it for your approval, once approved and paid, we will make it.
• The DEAL DEN - Where there is always a sale!  This room is chock full of everyday low prices and clearance.  The DEAL DEN always features PINK SALE tag items. These are always another 50% off the lowest ticket price.
• Lounge - Come relax in our lounge while you or your friend shops! Complimentary drinks and snacks available.

Vintage:

• Our sizing for vintage is based on today’s modern sizing.
• The interpretation of vintage quality varies from one person to another. A small percentage of our fine vintage collection may have some signs of wear, including small stains, missing buttons, or minor seam damage.

Rentals:

• Rentals are not typically available for sale because they are rare one of a kind pieces, but offers can be made.
• Rentals require a security deposit on the item when it leaves the store. Rentals prices and security deposit amounts are listed in the item’s description.  When you return your rental, you will receive a refund of the difference between the rental price and the deposit price. Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were rented in.  Most cases require dry cleaning.

SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS
THESE ARE FREE IF YOU ARE ON OUR EMAIL LIST AND LIKE US ON FACEBOOK OR PINTEREST. In house fashion consultants will work with you to build up and give you the most versatility from your wardrobe, picking items from our current and seasonable fashions that still fit your budget. We specialize in styling pieces to work for dressy, causal or business occasions.

Each appointment offers you the opportunity to bring in up to 12 pieces from your wardrobe that you would like to coordinate with new pieces to expand your options for outfitting. The first hour is free, and each consecutive hour is $75. The $75 fee is waived for each $500 you spend.

- Our staff’s specialty is showing clients how to get the most mileage out of their wardrobe by creating versatility. We will show you how to wear the same piece for work, dressy and causal events through proper styling. Our main focus is to help you find pieces that fit your lifestyle, career, age and body. Styling Services Include:

• Individual Styling - BVEN Fashion Consultants will help you create the right wardrobe that is appropriate for your specific career and lifestyle. Bring up to a dozen items from your wardrobe and we will help you coordinate them into outfits. Prices are $100/hour or free with a $500 purchase.
• Fashion Styling – Heidi does styling for fashion photo shoots in print, television, movies and celebrities. – Heidi Calaway, proprietor of BVEN Boutique, is the in house fashion stylist. She holds a degree in fashion merchandising and has over 20 years of fashion consulting experience.
• Personal Shopping –BVEN fashion consultants will take you shopping to update your overall wardrobe from work to play. $75/hour.
• Closet Ambushing – BVEN fashion consultants will ambush your closet to help you get rid of any outdated or ill fitting pieces while suggesting what to keep or add. $100/hour.
• Hair and Makeup Referrals - We’ll refer you to some of the best stylists in Milwaukee to complete your updated look.
